AI Technical Program Manager

• Contribute to AI product strategy, long-term vision, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate AI product development from ideation to deployment, facilitating communication and alignment among engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, feature definitions, and prioritization frameworks.
• Ensure AI models and product features meet quality, performance, safety, and compliance standards.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate risks and blockers to optimize AI product delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure development initiatives support broader digital and data strategy.
• Present AI product insights, roadmap updates, and strategic recommendations to diverse audiences.

For a good start, you will need

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML product ownership and technical program leadership
• Hands-on knowledge of AI models, including implementation, testing, and optimization of AI-driven solutions
• Practical experience with AI technologies (machine learning models, LLMs, data pipelines, or MLOps).
• Experience managing cross-functional development cycles and delivering complex digital products.
• Experience managing complex technical programs or large-scale technology initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into product decisions.
• Understanding AI platforms, APIs, and modern software development methodologies is a plus.
