KSI DOO BEOGRAD is a fast-growing and globalized company offering QC/QA services to a global clients Like Bosch, LG Display and Continental. We have branches in Korea, Vietnam, Portugal, Serbia and other EU countries closely working with world class Automakers.

We are currently looking for a smart, hardworking, motivated Assistant to CEO (1 year to 5 years of experience) to join our team of dynamic and result-oriented employees. (Temporary Position 3-4 months).

CEO Assistant Responsibilities:

• Communication for the CEO with important clients.
• Transportation for any necessary travel including the ability to drive.
• Receiving and delivering messages and information to relevant parties.
• Managing the CEOs calendar, including arranging meetings, appointments and other relevant events.
• Prioritising and resolving any scheduling conflicts.
• Attending meetings or networking events as needed.
• Implementing time-saving strategies where possible.

Education & Training:

• BA in Secretarial Studies, but other BA is also acceptable with relevant experiences
• Intuitive communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in many languages
• Knowledge of the Korean Language is a plus
