Job Responsibilities
- Attendance System Management and Employee Training
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s attendance system, including attendance rules, shift arrangements, exception handling and reporting functions.
- Be responsible for the daily maintenance, basic configuration and access management of the attendance system.
- Organize and deliver attendance system training sessions for employees and managers on a regular or ad-hoc basis, ensuring correct understanding and proper implementation of attendance policies and system operations.
- Provide daily support and respond to employee inquiries related to attendance rules and system usage.
- Attendance Data Processing and Reporting
- Collect, review and consolidate attendance data in a timely and accurate manner for each attendance cycle.
- Prepare and generate standardized attendance reports (e.g. attendance rate, overtime, absences and attendance exceptions) to support payroll calculation and management decision-making.
- Identify, analyze and follow up on attendance exceptions to ensure data accuracy, completeness and traceability.
- Attendance Policy Maintenance and Legal Compliance
- Continuously monitor updates to labor laws, regulations and related policies, and regularly review the company’s attendance policies.
- Participate in updating and optimizing attendance policies in line with legal requirements and company management needs, ensuring full compliance and risk control.
- Support HR and management in communicating and explaining attendance policies to employees.
- Attendance and Payroll-Related Support
- Assist in preparing and validating attendance data for payroll processing, ensuring consistency between attendance records and salary calculations.
- Participate in attendance- and payroll-related projects, such as system optimization, process automation or audit support.
- Perform other duties related to attendance and payroll management as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications (Optional)
- College degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related fields
- Experience with attendance systems and basic payroll logic is a plus
- Strong data accuracy awareness and good skills in Excel and HR systems
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and service mindset
