Automation Technician

Key responsibilities:

• Installation of cable routes and lines;
• Connecting, adjustment and setting up measuring instruments and devices;
• Checking signals from measuring instruments and actuators to the control cabinets;
• Maintaining and updating an operational technical documentation (based on the results of any circuit changes);
• Maintaining the register of spare parts, tools and accessories (in terms of instrumentation);
• Maintaining and repairing of measuring instruments, electrical circuits, alarms and interlocks.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Automation or electrical college or institute;
• Ability to understand electrical diagrams;
• Knowledge of the principles of operation and connection of measuring instruments and devices;
• Confident PC user (office software and CAD packages);
• Experienced user of electrician tools (including calibrator, HART communicator and other similar tools);
• Knowledge of English (at least intermediate),
• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage
• Experience as an Automation and Control Specialist for at least 3 years.
