We are looking for a Bid Manager 

Belgrade based

Due to the significant expansion of our business activities, ATOM PARTNER is looking for a Bid Manager to strengthen our team. The new team member will focus on monitoring the sales cycle, preparing bids and contracts, communicating with clients, overseeing contract execution, and providing support to Program Managers and Key Account Managers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate communication between customers (local partners), suppliers, external collaborators, and other stakeholders, in line with instructions from Program Managers, Key Account Managers, and company Directors
  • Participate in the analysis of client needs and requirements and prepare the commercial aspects of bids and contractual documentation accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with the Legal and Finance departments on contract preparation
  • Monitor the proper execution of bids, independently or in cooperation with Program Managers and Key Account Managers
  • Coordinate with the Procurement department regarding procurement processes and requirements
  • Participate in invoicing processes and other logistical activities (order tracking, issuance of delivery notes), including payment monitoring and coordination with the Finance department
  • Communicate with warehouse representatives and the Procurement department to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Monitor returns and complaints and participate in resolving issues and claims in a professional and timely manner
  • Track and coordinate returned contracts, invoices, and other related documentation
  • Prepare regular reports and updates

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook and the MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Good command of the English language
  • Experience working with Microsoft Navision
  • Good understanding of the sales process
