Required Knowledge and Skills:

• BSc/MSc in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• Experience in tendering/estimating for electrical & ELV / MEP contracting.
• Design experience (concept/detailed exposure) enabling sound assumptions for turnkey scopes.
• Strong commercial mindset and Excel-based estimating capability.
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills:

• Serbian language and familiarity with Serbian regulations / local tendering norms and compliance expectations.
• Experience with planning tools (Primavera/MS Project) to support bid schedules.
• Prior exposure to integrated/security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, fire alarm, PA/VA, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documents (specifications, drawings, BOQ, contract conditions); build compliance matrices and clarify scope.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical and ELV (materials, labor, equipment, subcontract).
• Coordinate with design/engineering to develop concept solutions and assumptions for turnkey bids (design experience is essential).
• Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations; run comparisons and support negotiations.
• Prepare the technical and commercial offer package: methodology, deliverables, inclusions/exclusions, assumptions, and proposal narratives.
• Capture market intelligence (benchmarks, unit rates, supplier landscape) and maintain cost databases.
• Support bid handover to execution teams after award (scope, assumptions, risks, pricing structure).
