Bid / Tender Engineering Manager – Sales – Electrical Engineering

We are ready to share our knowledge and experience with you and, together with your dedication and energy, achieve common goals. For this reason, we are announcing an opening for the position of: Bid / Tender Engineering Manager (Electrical & ELV Contracting) – Sales – Electrical Engineering
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- BSc/MSc in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
- Strong experience leading tendering/estimating for electrical & ELV / MEP contracting, including complex/turnkey bids.
- Demonstrated leadership in bid management, stakeholder alignment and negotiation.
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness (scope control, exclusions, risk management).
- Professional English communication skills.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Serbian language and strong familiarity with Serbian regulations / local procurement and compliance environment.
- Established network across the Serbia market (clients, consultants, key suppliers/subcontractors).
- Experience with integrated systems scope (security, life safety, ICT) and their interfaces with electrical works
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead bid strategy and governance: bid/no-bid, resource planning, deadlines, review gates and quality control.
- Manage and develop the tendering team (engineers/estimators); set standards, templates and estimating discipline.
- Own commercial robustness: pricing strategy, margin logic, risk/opportunity, and contractual positioning.
- Ensure technically sound and defensible assumptions for turnkey bids, leveraging design capability across electrical & ELV.
- Drive supplier/subcontractor engagement and negotiations to secure best value and reliable delivery commitments.
- Strengthen market intelligence: competitor awareness, supplier landscape, client/consultant engagement, relationship building.
- Coordinate closely with planning and execution teams to ensure realistic schedules, constructability, and smooth postaward handover.
- Prepare high level reports for the Executive Board.
