BIM Designer for plumbing installations

ROLE: BIM DESIGNER FOR PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS 

OFFERED POSITION: MID level 

EDUCATION:

MSc Engineers (3+ years exp.) Or BSc Engineers/Technicians (5+ years exp.) 

JOB DESCRIPTION: You will work on the design of plumbing systems for buildings. Experience with external water and sewage networks (Plumbing installations) is considered a plus. Your tasks will include performing basic engineering calculations, selecting equipment, participating in the development of technical diagrams, and preparing the necessary installation layout drawings in floor plans, sections, and details. 

Our graphical documentation is prepared in Revit or AutoCAD and previous experience with at least one is expected. Candidates skilled in both software packages will be given preference. Knowledge of other software such as Tekla, Bentley, SketchUp, Visio or similar will be considered a plus. Proven knowledge of engineering calculation programs is considered an advantage. We also use equipment selection software from various manufacturers. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate prior experience with these tools.  

You will work within the teams of our international partners' offices. As an equal team member you will work under the guidance of an experienced lead engineer who will organize project workflows and provide necessary support. Both internal communication and project documentation are conducted in English.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience with Revit and AutoCAD 
• Experience with additional BIM/3D modeling platforms (e.g., Tekla, Bentley, or equivalent software) will be considered an advantage 
• Proficiency in Office 365 
• Demonstrated portfolio / examples of work from past projects (local or international) 
• Proven experience with engineering calculations and related software 
• Proficiency in English 
• Strong team player with a desire to learn and continuously improve
