BPM/IMS Leader

We are looking for a BPM/IMS Leader to join us!

Business Process Management and Integrated Management System Leader role is:

• focused on ensuring the Electrical Appliances Business Unit (EABU) is compliant with relevant IMS standards while also ensuring business processes optimization and alignment on BU level;
• reporting centrally to the Head of Systems & Processes;
• operating within a matrix structure, requiring strong influencing skills to achieve objectives without direct reporting authority over team members.

Key Responsibilities: 

Integrated Management System (IMS) management for EABU:

• Control and manage the EABU Integrated Management System (IMS) to comply with the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 (and other in case of development)

EABU Business Process Management (BPM) coordination:

• Coordinate the mapping, conducting analysis and optimization of business processes in a cooperation with business process owners
• Manage the process of reviewing and updating IMS policies, procedures and records

Documentation management for EABU:

• Control and manage the central documentation and its lifecycle
• Ensure compliance of IMS documentation with standard requirements and legal regulations

Internal audit management EABU:

• Control and manage the audit plan and agenda of each audit, coordinate the team of internal auditors
• Coordinate the organization and implementation of internal audits for ISO and IATF standards

Reporting and team coordination:

• Responsible for reporting to senior management on the results of control and on areas for improvement
• Coordinating cross-functional team on different locations with dotted line reporting: China (Changzhou, Xiamen), Slovakia (Trenčianske Bohuslavice) and Serbia (Prokuplje)

Required Qualifications: 

• Experience: Minimum 3 years experiences within the field of management systems (preferably in international organization)
• Certifications for internal auditor: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
• Language: Business English - fluent
• Leadership: Experienced in managing people and teams
• Education: University degree

Preferred Qualifications (advantage): 

• Certified Internal auditor for IATF 16949
• SAP Signavio

Travel Commitment: 

The role involves frequent business trips (at least once per quarter abroad and 2 weeks per month in the Prokuplje plant during the first year if located in Belgrade).
