Position Headline

Manages/Operates general budgeting, accounting and reporting operations in all segment-related finance areas, with direct accountabilities to support effective and profitable Business (Sub) Segment management.

Position Description:

  • Supports accountable Unit or BA Management, providing advice and proposing measures regarding Finance / Business Administration.
  • Assists in implementation of financial and business administration policies, standards and procedures within the assigned organizational unit.
  • Consolidates all accounting, financial reporting, and related finance operations (incl. P&L reporting and Balance Sheet).
  • Reviews and analyzes supplier and customer contracts to ensure compliant and standardized contract management.
  • Supports finance projects and/or processes, including consulting in the respective BI content and/or application.
  • Prepares regular financial forecasts and performance analyses, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous business improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of economics
  • English language proficiency – advanced level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP – advanced level
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
