Business Controller
About the Role:
We are seeking a Business Controller to drive decision-making by providing financial analysis and recommendations, proactively identifying optimization opportunities, and challenging business divisions through continuous performance monitoring.

ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Assists in companywide planning, forecasting, strategic planning and decision-making processes
- Assists, supports and challenges development of new products via investments with supporting cost-benefit analysis
- Participates in daily operations and supports business decisions
- Monitors through analysis and follow-up performance of products, investments, segments and divisions both financial and non-financial KPIs
- Monitors and develops management information system
- Closely cooperates with Accounting and Fix asset teams and company-wide teams.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- College or University degree (Economics, Finance, Accountancy of other related field)
- Tree years of experience preferably in Controlling /Financial reporting/Accounting
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
- Attention to detail
- Team spirit and drive, exceptional communication skills.
- Decision-making skills in order to respond to high-pressure situations
- Demonstrate time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate activities and major functions.
