Workforce is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our client’s team in the role of Business Developer Lead for AI Solutions.

Due to business growth, our client is seeking an experienced professional to drive sales development and build strategic partnerships in AI, cloud, and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire sales process — from identifying client needs and preparing commercial proposals to closing agreements and overseeing solution implementation.
• Proactively identify new market opportunities and initiate sales activities with a focus on corporate clients.
• Develop and implement a business strategy for the growth and market placement of AI and data-driven solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal technical, development, and marketing teams to tailor solutions to clients’ specific needs.
• Monitor market trends and innovations in artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, and data infrastructure to strengthen the company’s competitive position.
• Represent and promote innovative solutions through industry events, presentations, and partner initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling IT, software, cloud, or related technology solutions.
• Proven experience in projects involving artificial intelligence (AI) implementation or integration.
• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience collaborating with global IT vendors and partners is an advantage.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Combines strong technical understanding with a commercial mindset and a results-driven approach.
• Continuously follows trends in AI, cloud, and data-driven technologies and applies them in sales and business strategies.
• Background in IT, telecommunications, software, or consulting industries, preferably with experience in working with large-scale corporate clients.
