Your Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Assistant (LinkedIn Outreach) to strengthen our online presence and support our real estate sales efforts. You will be responsible for managing LinkedIn activities, creating targeted outreach, and supporting communication with potential investors and partners. This role can be performed remotely and offers flexibility (4–8 hours daily, depending on availability and workload).

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence, including outreach and engagement with target audiences.
  • Search, identify, and connect with potential investors and business partners on LinkedIn.
  • Send personalized LinkedIn messages to target audiences to promote our real estate projects.
  • Use LinkedIn profiles strategically to market and promote our real estate projects.
  • Create, manage, and optimize LinkedIn campaigns to increase visibility and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with management to align activities with business objectives and sales goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing, social selling, or B2B communication.
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English (German is a plus).
  • Knowledge of real estate marketing is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
