Business Development Consultant / Sales Consultant

We are part of the Prohuman Group, a leading European HR group with over 20 years of experience and presence in the Central and Eastern European markets (Hungary, Serbia, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Germany, and Austria), headquartered in Budapest.

Since 2004 in Serbia, Prohuman has been providing recruitment and selection services across all levels (from top management to entry-level positions), HR administration, payroll processing, BPO solutions, and temporary staffing, as well as offering various HR consulting services.

Prohuman is now looking for a new colleague to join our team in the role of Business Development Consultant, contributing to the growth and development of our business.

Job Description:

• Market and competitor analysis, along with identification of new business opportunities
• Acquisition and expansion of the client base
• Supporting the development of sales and marketing strategies by providing expert recommendations based on market insights
• Participation in creating new and adapting existing solutions and services
• Contribution to the definition of commercial terms and pricing models
• Preparation of client-oriented offers and presentations
• Building and maintaining a professional network across various industries to identify business opportunities and strengthen the company’s market presence
• Independent management of the full sales cycle – from initial contact to contract closure
• Collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, process optimization, and identification of cross-selling opportunities
• Regular reporting to the Sales Director, both locally and at the group level

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar or relevant position
• Excellent command of the English language
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office package
• Valid category B driver’s license – active driver
