Summary
Join BICS, a leading international communications enabler and part of the Proximus Global, as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you’ll drive customer acquisition for specific products or segments within an assigned territory. You’ll identify and onboard new Enterprise customers, build a strong sales pipeline, and contribute to go-to-market strategies. By attending industry events and monitoring market trends, you’ll help shape product features and commercial support. You’ll prepare proposals, coordinate implementation, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth customer journey. Once onboarded, accounts transition to Account Managers. Your goal: grow the segment and exceed acquisition targets.
Your Responsibilities
- You identify and contact new prospects and leads in defined segments and territories, in coordination with the marketing department.
- You develop compelling business cases for new customers.
- You manage all contractual aspects with prospects and internal teams from end to end.
- You work closely with the Technical team and the customer to ensure accurate technical scoping and successful implementation.
- You onboard new customers and collaborate with Account Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Service Delivery, Legal, and Finance teams.
- You support customers across Finance, Service Fulfilment, Legal, and Administrative domains to ensure a smooth experience.

- You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- You have experience in converting large projects, leading major negotiations, and closing high-value opportunities.
- You are analytical and capable of managing multiple projects and internal stakeholders in a global organization.
- You have a strong background in customer management and bring extensive industry experience.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
