We are hiring a Business Development Representative on behalf of our client, a renowned company in the trucking industry! Their business development representative works as an essential team member for the business development of our dealers and network, helping us to accelerate their potential by optimizing our business needs and objectives and working closely with the founder team and our customers. This position gives you the opportunity to explore new and existing opportunities, scout new sales potential, and target new customers for our product. You will also travel to represent our company at dealer sites and customers.
Tasks:
• Analysis of development needs and active support in the acquisition of new partners
• Area analysis for the preparation of network development plans and activities
• Review of compliance with target agreements as well as dealer and workshop standards
• Contract management and system administration
• Ongoing reporting to management
• Active participation in the preparation and management of the network development budget
• Regular Contacts (by phone and in person) with IVECO partners for monitoring, coordination and development support
• Updating of the workshop and dealer contracts based on the current legal requirements as well as the current group requirements
• Furthermore, ongoing control of contract standards through audits and action plans
• Regular updating and maintenance of workshop and dealer data in the Dealer Master Data (DMD)
• Semi-annual reporting on the achievement of targets via Dealer Score Cards and annual preparation of a network forecast
Requirements:
• University degree with a focus on business
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred, especially in capital goods (Like automotive or commercial vehicles)
• Language skills: Serbian - mandatory, English – very fluent, additional CEE/Italian beneficial
• Excellent MS-office
• Advanced/good command of expressiveness, professional communication, and precise method of working and performing
• Very good in independent working mode, resilience, organizational skills, proactiveness
• Exceptional analytical skills and entrepreneurial spirit
• Willingness to travel
