We are a venture-backed, pre-seed B2B data SaaS company building the next generation of data-driven tools for businesses looking to scale their outbound. Our team is small, ambitious, and fast-moving, and we are now looking for a Business Development & Sales Executive to help us scale outbound revenue from day one.
This is a full-time role for someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment, is comfortable with rejection, and is excited to work directly with company leadership while building repeatable sales processes from scratch.
What you’ll be doing
- Own full-cycle B2B sales for SMB customers, from first touch to closing
- Execute multi-channel outbound outreach at scale (email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels)
- Work daily with HubSpot, Circleback, and modern sales data platforms to manage pipeline and performance
- Analyze outreach and funnel data to continuously improve conversion rates and messaging
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and run structured discovery calls
- Collaborate closely with the CRO and CEO on strategy, messaging, and go-to-market experiments
- Support enterprise opportunities, including occasional international travel with the CRO or CEO
- Contribute to building scalable sales playbooks, scripts, and processes in a fast-evolving environment

What we’re looking for
- C1+ level English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
- Proven or strongly demonstrated interest in B2B sales and business development
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment
- High resilience and emotional maturity, rejection does not slow you down
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of proactivity and ownership, you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Ability and willingness to learn fast, adapt quickly, and iterate constantly
- Prior experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and outbound sales tools is a strong plus
