We are looking for:
Business Intelligence Analyst - Standard Costing
Ardagh Metal Beverage Serbia
The main purpose of Business Intelligence analyst is to understand and gather business requirements from various business functions and in cooperation with other members of Data and Reporting team translate them into insightful reports and dashboards. Another purpose is to support the information requirements on Standard Costing with business functions and perform corresponding Standard costing calculations and analysis.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- The role requires to effectively capture, document and manage business needs, including shaping, scoping and aligning to the business strategy, with a focus on the standard costing model in use
- Support development and automation of reports and dashboards related to standard costing
- Facilitate UAT‘s in relation to the dashboard development
- Ensure accuracy, quality, maintenance and execution of developed reports and dashboards
- Responsible for working with IT colleagues to resolve incidents and defects on the developed dashboards
- Perform regular standard cost analysis and derive useful insights
- Identify and address opportunities to improve BI processes and strategies related to standard costing model
- Supply and co-ordinate information flow on standard costing with business functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance/controlling, business, or a numeracy-related subject
- Experience working in SAP (FICO and COPA) modules
- Experience with some of the BI products (Power BI, SAC or Tableau)
- Excelent Excel skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Finance/controlling preferably in a manufacturing company
- Experience in the use of Standard costing model, preferably in a manufacturing company
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create data insights and visualisations assisted with storytelling
- Excellent quantitative skills, ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions out of them
- Effective communication skills
- Working proficiency in English
