Business Operations Analyst - Italian language

We are looking for a new Business Operations Analyst - Italian language to join our team.

• Perform out-of-scope billing process, including review and analysis of weekly Closed Call reports, entitlement, and installation billing reports
• Conduct audit reviews of closed work orders by region 
• Analyze and identify missed T&M billing opportunities, determine correct billing information, and ensure work is billed using T&M billing guides and closed call work order data. Submit billing scripts through SOM WFT for completion, and resubmit with an explanation if billing opportunities are identified
• Review and analyze weekly entitlement reports and Not on File (NOF) transactions
• Understand and support the monthly financial outlook process
• Apply research, information gathering, and analytical skills to track, monitor, and maintain data, identifying trends in the data
• Participate in BU reviews to identify process and system gaps in the service order management area
• Create reports for local management, keeping them updated on billed, voided, and rejected transactions

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in Italian, both spoken and written
• Intermediate knowledge of English language
• Solid working knowledge of Windows OS
• Knowledge of Excel and the Power BI application is desirable
• A problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail 
• Strong analytical skills
