Call Agent (Outbound B2B)

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Call Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Making outbound calls to companies and introducing our services
- Identifying potential needs for workforce support
- Collecting and updating basic information about contacted companies
- Maintaining a professional and polite communication style at all times
- Recording call outcomes and relevant details accurately

Requirements:

- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and willingness to speak with decision-makers
- Basic computer skills
- Reliability, persistence, and a proactive attitude

Previous experience is not required. We value motivation, clarity in communication, and readiness to learn.
