Call Center Manager
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Call Center Manager to lead and develop a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and coordinating the daily work of call agents
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members
- Monitoring performance, setting targets, and ensuring quality standards
- Motivating the team and maintaining a productive work atmosphere
- Conducting negotiations and closing agreements with business partners
- Actively participating in strategic planning and process improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in team leadership or people management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities
- High level of responsibility and independence in work
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
