Call Operator Manager (Arabic-speaking)

We are expanding our operations in the MENA region and are looking for a motivated Arabic‑speaking Call Operator Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in strengthening client communication and supporting ongoing business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, builds rapport easily, and wants to grow within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with various marketing campaigns aimed at attracting, retaining, and re-engaging clients.
• Conduct outbound calls following prepared scripts and communication guidelines.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Communicate in line with corporate ethics and internal procedures.
• Collect client feedback and share insights with the team.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory:

• Fluent spoken Arabic with rich, accurate language.
• Basic Russian or English.
• Basic skills in client communication and phone interaction.
• Willingness to work from the office.

Preferred:

• High emotional intelligence.
• Strong motivation to communicate with clients by phone.
• Personal Qualities:
• Communication skills, goal orientation, responsibility, flexibility, understanding of corporate structure and ethics.

Conditions

• Probation Period: Approximately 3 months (depending on performance)
• Schedule: Flexible start between 09:00–11:00; core team hours 10:00–18:00
• Standard work schedule is 5/2, 8-hour working day and official employment.
