For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – Casino Shuffling Operations Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely card preparation in line with company standards;
Maintain excellent condition and functionality of all gaming equipment;
Supervise smooth table openings and closings during each shift;
Coordinate daily schedules and support efficient pit operations;
Lead, coach, and inspire the shuffler team to perform at their best;
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience in the Live or Online Casino industry (minimum 1 year);
Good understanding of casino games and procedures;
Strong communication skills in English;
Confident PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office;
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus;
Knowledge of surveillance or control room operations is an advantage.
