Key responsibilities:
- Working on cell assembly and identifying areas for process improvement with a focus on quality and overall line capacity.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to optimize the assembly process for different cell designs.
- Closely working with the R&D team and the cell design team to verify electrochemical tests and analyze the impact of the assembly process and material properties on cell performance.
- Leading design reviews and PFMEA analyses, approving process changes to ensure continuous process improvement, quality achievement, technical specifications, and standard definition.
- Planning and executing technical tasks using statistical methods (such as DoE and SPC) to continuously improve equipment and production processes.
- Organizing and leading equipment commissioning activities, providing support during production handover, including procedure development, training, and mentoring of production team members.
- Analyzing key production data and parameters (OEE, Cpk, Yield).
What we're looking for:
- Education: A university degree (VI/VII level of qualification) in Mechanical or a related technical discipline.
- Process-Product Understanding: A deep understanding of the interrelationship between processes and products, particularly in the cutting and stacking phases.
- Continuous Improvement: Capable of leading design reviews and PFMEA analyses, approving process changes, and applying statistical methods (DoE, SPC) for equipment and process improvement.
- Assembly Process Expertise: Proven ability to identify and implement improvements in cell assembly processes, with a strong focus on quality and line capacity.
