Initial basic salary: 1500 eur

Project: Reconstruction of the Former Franz Josef Bridge in Novi Sad

Qualifications and requirements:

• Proficient in English and Serbian language. Accompanying the Chinese managers in charge to meetings and participating in on-site management.
• Assist engineers in pre-project research, data collection and sorting, and participate in the preliminary discussion and document writing of technical solutions.
• Be responsible for the filing, copying, distribution and management of engineering drawings and technical documents to ensure standardized and traceable document circulation.
• Coordinate with on-site construction/commissioning work, conduct process recording and data statistics, timely feedback on-site problems and follow up the handling progress.
• Assist in contacting suppliers, partners and relevant internal departments, coordinate communication on technical docking, material requirements and other matters to ensure smooth work connection.
• Complete other temporary engineering auxiliary tasks assigned by engineers and department supervisors.

Technical skills:

• Proficient in using engineering and technical office software such as AutoCAD, OFFICE.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and able to communicate effectively with subcontractors, supervising unit, investors, and financiers.
