More about our new team member:

As a part of our team, you will be working closely with our clients and nurturing our relationship by being their go-to person for any possible questions they have.

You will have support from other team members in this journey of maintaining great relationships with our clients, but you will be the one who is first point of contact.

By nature, you are a caring and understanding person who knows that people have good and bad days and that you are there to try to help them out by turning problems into solutions, roadblocks into paved roads.

You know that this is not just a support position, this is a position for relationship building.

Your focus will be on the following:

• Communicate with customers on a daily basis and ensure they are satisfied with our support
• Provide information, feedback, and support to our customers mostly by email, rarely phone
• Promptly responding to urgent customer requests
• Resolve customer requests, create tickets, and manage them in our project management tool
• Also, assign tickets to the right team members and solve them together with them
• Content management support when building new websites
• Active care for client websites – content support and functionality checks
• Work on continuous improvement of client support and satisfaction

You bring to the table:

• Fluency in the German language is a must for this role
• English language advanced level
• At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in Client or Key Account service
• PC literacy and basic understanding of IT technology
• Excellent communication skills and service orientation
