We move fast on inbound leads, prioritize speed-to-response, and take a consultative approach to sales – helping clients setup the best solutions for their needs rather than pushing products. As a New Client Success Representative, you’ll be the bridge between our US-based field teams and our clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, high satisfaction, and sustainable account growth.
What You’ll Do Every Day
- Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads and client inquiries via phone, email, and digital messaging
- Conduct consultative conversations to understand client needs and recommend the right services/upgrades that add real value
- Schedule and coordinate jobs while keeping clients informed at every step
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to strengthen relationships, ensure they take advantage of our recommendations and opportunities
- Monitor real-time job progress and field team performance to guarantee on-time, high-quality delivery
- Collaborate closely with US field staff to resolve issues fast and promote service enhancements that drive retention and growth
Who Thrives in This Role
- Native-level American English (spoken and written) with clear, confident communication
- Natural empathy combined with sharp attention to detail and solution-oriented thinking
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
- Comfortable following processes while thinking on your feet when clients need creative solutions
- At least 1 year of experience in field service operations, customer success, or client-facing roles (experience in consultative/inbound sales is a big plus)
- You genuinely enjoy helping people, solving problems, and seeing both clients and the company succeed.
