We excel in seamless new client scheduling, conversions and long-term client success. We are seeking a Client Success Team Lead to lead daily client support operations, guide the team and ensure outstanding service delivery at scale.
The Role: Client Success Team Lead
Be the frontline leader: Support key clients, oversee daily client success operations and lead the support team to ensure smooth coordination between customers and field staff. Ideal for experienced, empathetic professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading by example.
What You’ll Do
- Handle & Oversee Client Inquiries: Respond to complex customer inquiries and act as the escalation point for the team, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the entire service process.
- Coordinate & Optimize Scheduling: Oversee appointment booking and scheduling workflows, align with field staff availability and optimize operations for timely and efficient service delivery.
- Facilitate Field Service: Liaise with field inspectors and technicians, ensure accurate client information is shared and follow up to confirm high-quality on-site experiences.
- Lead & Support the Team: Guide, coach, and support Client Success Representatives, ensuring performance standards, accountability and consistent service quality.
- Enhance Satisfaction & Retention: Identify opportunities for service improvements, resolve issues proactively and build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business.
Who You Are
- Senior Support Professional: Proven experience in client success, customer support or scheduling roles, with exposure to team leadership or senior responsibilities. Home services or inspections experience is a plus.
- Communication Ace: Fluent US English, confident communicator who builds trust quickly and resolves issues with empathy and authority.
- Dynamic Leader: Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing and making decisions in a team-based, goal-driven environment.
- Client-Centric & Driven: Motivated by client outcomes, team success and delivering top-tier service experiences.
