The Role: Client Support Representative

Be the frontline supporter: Handle customer inquiries, coordinate scheduling and facilitate smooth service from field staff to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Ideal for empathetic, organized candidates who excel in a fast-paced team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to calls/messages, address concerns and provide updates to ensure clients feel supported throughout the process.
• Coordinate Scheduling: Book and manage appointments efficiently, align with field staff availability and optimize for timely service delivery.
• Facilitate Field Service: Liaise with field inspectors and technicians, relay client details and follow up to confirm excellent on-site experiences.
• Enhance Satisfaction: Identify opportunities for service improvements, resolve issues promptly and nurture relationships for repeat business through empathetic, results-driven interactions.
