We are looking for new team members to join our international team and be part of the Customer Care Center of Excellence.   

Workplace: Novi Sad (on-site) / night shift

Responsibilities:  

  • Providing excellent customer service to incoming clients via call and e-mail channels  
  • Actively listening and understanding user requests to achieve a high percentage of resolved complaints in the first contact
  • Identifying customer problems and complaints, providing timely solutions
  • Providing outstanding service to a high level of customers  
  • Ensuring all customer data is logged accurately
  • Providing support and information regarding the company’s products and services
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous attitude in interactions with users, even in demanding situations
  • Actively participating in training and development to improve skills and knowledge related to products or services
  • Conducting surveys on the quality of repairs  

Requirements:  

  • Fluency in English
  • Experience working in customer service, preferably in a call center environment  
  • High school degree and above
  • Customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Team worker with good organizational skills and a growth mindset
