Contract Engineer Assistant

For the EXPO2027 Belgrade Project we are looking for a position: Contract Engineer Assistant

Job Description:

• Identify and reviews contractual variations before submitting it to the Employer approval;
• Identify the claim for extension of time and additional cost for the works based on the assessment of the contract conditions in respect of responsibilities, obligations and liabilities;
• Prepare the expert claim report for extension of time and additional cost during construction phase;
• Evaluate and review contracts on continues basis to ensure financial and functional requirements are met;
• Support to resolve highly complex contractual and technical issues for the projects carries out by Company;
• Support to give expertise advice and guide the projects carried out by Company to make claim for time and cost;
• Participate in the contract and subcontract negotiation, prepare and revies draft of subcontract;
• Collecting supporting documents and prepare Interim Payment Certificate(IPC) to the Employer and the Subcontractor, and track its progress;
• Participate and assist in negotiation, discussion, meeting with the Employer, Subcontractor, supplier or any other third party; Drafting and sending letters to the Employer, the Engineer or subcontractors;
• Complete other matters assigned by the Contract director or Business manager.

Requirements:

• Level 7.1 academic type (BA degree);
• At least 2 years of experience in similar projects;
• Strong coordination and communication skills;
• Language skills: good English (spoken, written, and comprehension);
