We are currently seeking an experienced Creative Strategist to join our team in support of our US-based partner company, Second Screen Digital. Second Screen Digital is a full-funnel, data-driven marketing agency providing a wide range of services - from paid search and social to content production, UGC, SEO, and website design.
As a Creative Strategist, you will translate performance insights into high-converting creative concepts. You will serve as the bridge between Media Buyers and the Creative Team, turning what’s working (and what’s not) into clear, actionable creative direction. The majority of your work will focus on briefing creatives, while also supporting data sharing and client reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze ad account performance to identify winning patterns and creative opportunities
- Develop clear, data-backed creative briefs for designers, editors, and copywriters
- Lead creative ideation focused on conversion-driven performance, not just aesthetics
- Write or guide performance marketing copy across ads (hooks, headlines, body copy, CTAs)
- Conduct competitive research to identify trends, angles, and concepts likely to succeed
- Continuously iterate creative strategy based on performance data and testing results
- Collaborate closely with Media Buyers to align creative with campaign goals
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to prepare performance reports for clients
Qualifications:
- Background in copywriting, media buying, or creative roles with strong data literacy
- Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on direct response and conversions - mandatory
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative best practices
- Hands-on experience with or deep knowledge of key metrics: CPA, ROAS, CTR, Thumbstop, Retention
- Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to creative development
- Experience researching competitors and adapting successful concepts ethically and strategically
- Good English communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- Experience working with paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Background in direct-response advertising or DTC brands
- Experience with ecommerce and affiliate marketing
- Experience with ATRIA, Canva, Photoshop
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and iterative optimization
