Kredium is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to support our sales teams in the UAE and Serbia.
If you enjoy operational work, organizing processes, and making sure systems run smoothly — this is the role for you.

You will play a key role in ensuring leads are handled efficiently, CRM data is accurate, and new team members understand how to work with our CRM. The role is fully in English and includes daily communication with our Dubai sales team.

What You’ll Do:

CRM Operations & Data Quality

  • Monitor daily inbound leads and ensure proper assignment and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene: notes, stages, activity logs, and data completeness.
  • Track CRM usage across sales teams and escalate process gaps when needed.
  • Conduct regular CRM audits (duplicates, missing fields, incorrect stages).
  • Help standardize CRM processes across Serbian and UAE teams.

Lead Qualification

  • Qualify general inquiry leads through outbound calls in English.
  • Identify lead type and route it to the correct sales team member.

Training & Onboarding

  • Conduct CRM training sessions for new sales team members.
  • Support newcomers in learning CRM processes, rules, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in CRM operations, lead management, sales support, or similar roles.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools (training provided for our in-house CRM).
  • Excellent English — spoken and written (neutral or clear accent).
  • Comfortable making outbound calls for lead qualification or cold outreach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with international teams.
  • Based in Niš; primarily office-based.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with sales teams (real estate is a plus).
  • Familiarity with lead assignment or sales pipeline processes.
  • Experience delivering CRM training or onboarding.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
