Customer Advocate / Technical Support Agent

For the Belgrade office, we are looking to fill the following position: CUSTOMER ADVOCATE/TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT

JOB SUMMARY:

• Providing technical and non-technical support to customers via live chat, phone calls, and emails
• Serve customers by providing product and service information
• Reviewing exams
• Investigating, collecting information, and escalating complex issues in accordance with the reporting line
• Creating different reports internally
• Monitoring live chat sessions
• Performing all other duties, in accordance with the law, directed by the supervisor or Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum high school diploma
• No previous experience needed 
• MS Office - advanced level
• English language - advanced level C1/C2 (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts including afternoons, night shifts, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to multitask
• A patient, polite person
• Attention to details
