As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be a vital part in directly contributing to our mission by building strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
Our team works from the office, either in Belgrade or Novi Sad, covering 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing reservations and coordinating the dispatch of chauffeurs and vehicles.
- Resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Troubleshooting possible issues effectively.
- Building positive relationships with customers.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support roles.
- English proficiency at a C1 or C2 level.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts and on the weekends.
- Extraordinary communication skills.
- Tech savviness, reliability, and proactivity.
