Since 2013, we have been building high-performing teams that operate behind the scenes of premium chauffeur services, executive travel, and VIP transportation. Now, we are expanding our teams in Belgrade and Novi Sad, and we are looking for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, service-driven environments.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage reservations and bookings for luxury ground transportation services
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and chauffeurs, ensuring clear and confident communication
- Monitor live trips, proactively resolve issues, and provide real-time updates when needed
- Deliver calm, professional solutions in time-sensitive and high-expectation situations
- Build long-term client trust through accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure with a solution-focused mindset
- Previous experience in customer support or service is an advantage
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and real-time information
- Willingness to work late afternoon and night shifts (Serbian time)
