What we will expect from you:
- Designing and leading external market research studies (both quantitative and qualitative) in close cooperation with research agencies, including briefing, guiding and evaluating their work
- Interpreting data and preparing reports from regular tracking and ad-hoc market research studies, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
- Presenting research findings to management and supporting the organization in understanding results, implications and recommended future actions
- Managing internal quantitative research projects and, when needed, moderating internal focus groups and in-depth interviews
- Utilizing external and internal data sources to drive customer insights, ensuring strong linkage between market research data and internal data sources (DWH, billing systems, etc.)
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Psychology, Statistics, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Market Research, preferably within the telecommunications industry
- Excellent knowledge of modern research approaches and methodologies, as well as advanced statistical techniques
- Structured, analytical and objective mindset, combined with creativity and enthusiasm
- Strong communication and presentation skills, influencing and convincing with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to focus on priorities and identify key business and data drivers
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
