Fullsteam doo Beograd, for our sister company, Limo Anywhere, we are currently seeking a highly qualified, full-time Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
Description of Duties:
- Sets up high-value customers for immediate success through a clearly defined software use implementation process
- Educates new customers, helps solve technical problems, and ensures the smooth adoption of our products
- Refines the onboarding process and customer facing training materials
- Owns and manages customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
- Develops measurements to help understand the impact of successful implementation
- Creates initiatives that help to drive successful product implementation
- Helps the customer define their needs and manage their timeline toward seeing value
- Works with sales, product, and support teams to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations
- Responds to customer emails and calls regarding implementation
- Completes phone calls to ensure that customers are supported during the onboarding process
- Is a subject matter expert and discusses or educates on any nuance of the product internally and externally
- Creates repeatable processes, resources, and frameworks to use when onboarding customers
- Constantly improves knowledge of the entire system
- Maintains and revises the documentation intended for clients
- Satisfies clearly prescribed standards in communication with the clients
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of English language (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, internet)
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated skills in building strong customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- 6 months of work experience in the same or similar positions, preferably with LimoAnywhere software

- Candidates must be able to work 5 weekly 8-hour shifts between hours of 2pm-2am Belgrade time, including weekends
