JOB DESCRIPTION
- Central interface for general customer requirements, customer KPIs and customer specific process requirements within SCM
- Follow up together with our plants on customer logistic complaints/incidents and performance as a central function
- Perform improvement projects to increase customer's satisfaction in logistical processes through all automotive locations
- Reception, evaluation and negotiation of customer logistic requirements
- Perform customer logistic process trainings & workshops for our locations
- Internal & external collaboration
- Lead of any logistic projects especially in the customer environment together with KAM, Business Area and Plants.
- Secure internal communication in regards of SCM aspects
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree
- Experience in automotive industry
- Experience in the quality, sales or supply chain environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Customer orientated
- Analytical skills
- Resilience and independence
- Capacity for teamwork and assertiveness
- Advance level of knowledge in MS Office
