Position outline:
- Hybrid work structure (in-office and remote flexibility)
- 2nd shift working hours
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers - build and maintain strong relationships via phone and email
- Making sure that the customers transportation needs are satisfied as well as following up with any new or old requests
- Daily communication with other departments within the company and making sure that the whole process is going smoothly from the beginning till the end
- Enter, maintain, and update account and shipment information in our systems
- Take on additional operational assignments as directed by management
- Work as a team player in a supportive, high-energy environment
- Researching and establishing competitive prices based on the current market conditions
Required skills and characteristics:
- Advanced sales skills
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and apply new skills
- Keen attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
- Initiative, persistence, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Thinking outside the box
- Demonstrated multitasking in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- The right to work in Serbia without limitations of any kind
- Fluent English—clear, effective communication required (accents/dialects are
welcome!) - Spanish language will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
