Customer Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential customers - cold calling
• Promoting and selling a portfolio of products, services, and problem-solving while maintaining customer service by building relationships with existing clients
• Providing consultations to clients with product or service experts
• Managing accounts towards sales and profit increase goals
• Responding to inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests in a timely manner
• Demonstrate effective sales and customer service skills including but not limited to active listening, negotiation, willingness to learn, ability to build rapport with customers and management

Requirements:

• English language - Strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of Spanish language will be considered as an advantage
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Available to work the afternoon shift (14 - 22h) - Sales department is constantly working in afternoon shift
• Relevant work experience preferred, not mandatory
