Responsibilities:

• Communicating with potential and existing customers in English, over the phone and through email and live chat
• Providing support in choosing the appropriate product, completing the purchase or understanding the product features
• Processing orders and payments
• This is not a telemarketing position

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is required
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Positive attitude and pleasant speaking voice
• Additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian) are a strong plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• This position will, from time to time, require working individually and fulfilling the tasks responsibly, without supervision
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Slack, Email platforms)

Remote work is possible, with offices located in Novi Sad for those who prefer in-office work.
