What will you be doing?

• Provide support for all customer inquiries via telephone and e-mail to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs
• Provide accurate information about products, procedures and services
• Work with other departments to resolve complex customer requests according to their needs and requirements
• Accurately document and monitor customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
