Job description:
- Order receipt, order creation, shipping documents and commercial invoice creation
- Communication with the company global offices regarding delivery organization
- Communication/correspondence with customers
- Sending specifications, analyses, and other documents to customers
- Processing complaints
- Connecting customer inquiries with various internal representatives
- Responsibility for managing the order-to-cash process
- Updating customer information
Requirements:
- High level of English language proficiency
- Very good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with various teams
