Adecco on behalf of our client - a global healthcare company focused on improving the health of women throughout their lives, offering a broad portfolio of medicines and solutions across reproductive health - is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to make sure everything runs smoothly — from managing orders to handling deliveries and claims.

Job Description:
- Order Management: Review and process incoming orders, ensuring alignment with internal standards, available stock, market needs, and delivery schedules.
- Sample Orders: Coordinate and submit sample order requests, liaising with customers and cross-functional teams to gather required documentation and approvals.
- Delivery Oversight: Monitor order shipment and delivery processes, proactively communicating updates to customers in line with shipping timelines.
- Claims Handling: Assess and process claims related to damaged goods, expired products, pricing discrepancies, and more. Prepare and submit Credit/Debit Note requests tied to these claims and other commercial agreements.
- Monthly Accruals: Prepare and submit accruals related to claims, discounts, business deals, and sales targets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Pricing and Discounts: Manage pricing and discount change requests, ensuring all approvals are obtained and updates are processed promptly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders (Demand Planning, Commercial, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, etc.), ensuring smooth information flow and issue resolution.
- Reporting and Database Management: Prepare reports, maintain internal databases and SharePoint/teamsites, and support related administrative tasks.
- Packaging Order Management: Handle packaging order processes related to stickering activities, particularly for the Serbian market.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Serbian and English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and SAP
- Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who is reliable, flexible, and can handle pressure
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in economics, management, logistics, or accounting is a plus
