ABOUT THE JOB:

We’re seeking a Chat Support Specialist - Arabic Language to join our dynamic iGaming team in Belgrade. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Arabian-speaking players, providing timely, professional, and friendly support via live chat. You will handle inquiries regarding accounts, in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Effectively respond to customer requests and questions by phone, chat and email
• Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints
• Following operational procedures in every contact with the customer

What We’re Looking For:

• Native Arabic speaker
• Excellent English  
• Proven customer support experience – one year  
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer and service orientation
