Customer Support Agent – Italian language

Your responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Italian
• Providing accurate information about company products and services
• Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintaining customer records and documenting interactions in the CRM system
• Cooperating with internal teams to ensure efficient problem resolution

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in customer support is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
