Customer Support and Call Centre Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner;
• Address customer inquiries via email, tickets, and calls, providing timely and effective solutions;
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards across all communication channels;
• Update CRM systems accurately and in a timely manner;
• Use the company’s internal communication platforms to escalate issues or expedite case resolution, including coordination with legal, IT, billing, and other departments when necessary;
• Proactively contact clients using the company’s communication tools to resolve issues or prevent potential concerns;
• Work independently to ensure the efficient functioning of the assigned department while meeting performance and quality standards;
• Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional teams to continuously improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (B2 or higher) with excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluency in Spanish (B2 or higher) is an advantage but not mandatory (performance bonus available);
• Availability to work during U.S. business hours (15:00–23:00 CET);
• Comfortable working in a tech-driven environment, with strong computer skills and familiarity with call center platforms;
• Home office setup with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace;
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required
