Strata Support is an Australian based company, that provides administrative and accounting outsourcing services located and operating in Novi Sad, Serbia for over 8 years.
We are in search of a positive and well-organized team member to join our company.
Initial and ongoing training to develop the required skills will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Reviewing emails received from creditors;
- Checking to ensure that the invoice is valid;
- Responding and attending to incoming and outgoing emails;
- Processing and entering invoices into the software;
- Sending invoices to the head office in Australia for approval;
- Final checking and processing of invoices, prior to final payment processing;
- Maintain files and electronic filing.
Skills and Abilities:
- Must (MUST) possess exceptional English speaking and written ability;
- Demonstrated previous office admin experience;
- Proficient in Word, Excel and MS Outlook;
- Typing speed of 60 wpm;
- Excellent time management skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Possess exceptional customer service and communication skills (via email, phone or face to face);
- Team orientated.

- This is a full-time position, working from 7.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday;
