Delivery Planner

We are looking for a Delivery Planner to join our team in Šabac.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, planning and monitoring deliveries, coordinating with factories and logistics partners, and ensuring on-time performance.

Main Responsibilities:

• Delivery Planning
• Receive and review customer orders.
• Convert orders into internal plans and formulate delivery schedules.

• Transportation & Monitoring
• Plan and track deliveries (especially overseas customers).
• Handle exceptions and communicate with customers regarding logistics issues.
• Manage overseas transit warehouses, customs, and related standards.
• Systems & Processes
• Work with SAP system on delivery plan–related modules.
• Manage invoicing and provide business reporting.
• Analysis & Improvements
• Monitor delivery performance and analyze abnormal transportation costs.
• Implement corrective measures to optimize processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement (lean production, distribution, warehousing).

Qualifications:

• Experience: Over 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics and planning
• Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or economics is preferred
